The youngster has become something of an unofficial mascot for Manchester City, as he regularly features in the trophy celebrations enjoyed by his England international father. Ronnie was seen on the Etihad Stadium pitch trying to open a bottle of champagne during a Premier League title presentation in May.

Ronnie has his own Instagram account, which boasts 4.7 million followers, and is now expanding his social media reach by moving onto video platform YouTube – with five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo another to have trodden that path of late.

A source has told of what to expect from Ronnie’s channel, which has been set up by dad Phil and mum Rebecca: “Ronnie loves being the centre of attention and is a big fan of some of the YouTubers so Phil and his mum have set up an account. He could end up making loads of money from it.”
