The Red Dragons, however, clarified that fans who are over 65, under 11 and suffer from some sort of disability have been prioritised. The club will make sure that fans who fall under the above categories will be able to enter the stadium without much hindrance.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID
The official statement from the Welsh club read, "Wrexham wishes to update all season ticket holders on the delivery of their physical season ticket cards. We've been informed that unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that all season ticket holders will receive their physical season tickets in time for our opening league match against Wycombe Wanderers on August 10.
'However, we have been assured that as a priority all over-65s, under-11s, Disability (including both ambulant and wheelchair supporters) and their relevant companion tickets will be delivered in time, and should arrive with fans next week on either Thursday, Friday or Saturday morning. We would, however, still recommend these supporters follow the below steps to avoid any issue."
They added, "In order to ensure smooth entry for all, we're urging all supporters to download their digital season tickets as soon as possible via the email links they have received. This will add the digital season tickets to their Google or Apple wallets on their mobile device, allowing seamless entry without the need for a physical card. This will not affect your physical card when it arrives as both can be held and used simultaneously."
