USMNT star Haji Wright has warned Manchester United that “anything can happen” as Coventry look to pile on “pressure” in the FA Cup semi-finals.

Wright helped to book those tickets when netting a dramatic quarter-final winner against Wolves, and the United States international has told when asked for his message to 12-time winners from Old Trafford: “It's one game, it can go in either direction. They're a big club, have a lot of great players but I think we are going to get opportunities. Hopefully, we can make them feel the pressure a little bit. Anything can happen in one game.”

Coventry boss Robins knows that more than most, having famously scored the goal against Nottingham Forest in a third round tie back in 1990 that reportedly kept Sir Alex Ferguson in a job. Wright added on playing for FA Cup royalty: “He told me about his playing days when I joined the club and how much of a great striker he was!”
